The classy, redbrick soap factory, now a listed building, was erected in 1872 and nestles in green surroundings quite close to the city centre of Graz. Inside various multifunctional halls and a seminar room, outside 220 free parking spaces and a garden that can be used as an additional event area.

Catering room (approx. 190 m2), mobile guest cloakroom for approx. 1,800 people, 220 free parking spaces, all halls on the ground floor can be accessed by car (door widths at least 220 cm), half-timbered hall (can be divided into 3 areas), ideal for events from approx. 60 - 80 participants.
Weddings: Minimum number of 100 participants, civil marriage possible in the location - also with wedding celebration
Garden: direct access to the Mur, own e-boat "Sapone", cooperation with local water activities (raft ride directly from the garden,...), garden operation until 10 pm
No smoking indoors, dogs not allowed!
