There was something missing from the metal festival calendar; the summer of 2024 was far too quiet and tranquil in the provincial capital and on the Schlossberg. In 2025, the Styrian panther will roar again and the mountain will burn once more! METAL ON THE HILL - the joint baby of Napalm Records/Events and the venues in Graz is returning to the time-honoured Kasematten stages on the Schlossberg after a one-year break. On 30 August 2025, international and national metal heroes will celebrate a memorable metal party up close and together with the fans and rock Graz to the metal capital of Austria.
