Cofeba is the vegan-vegetarian-literature-exchange café in Graz. Vegan-vegetarian dishes are served up, alongside an opportunity to swap literature. At the rear of the premises there’s a bookshelf stocked according to a system of “take one, bring one”. If you find a book, you can take it in exchange for another. When it comes to the meals and drinks, the emphasis is on regional produce, fair trade, organic quality and home-made preparation.
