Right on the Glacis, near the Opera and the Kaiser-Josef Market, a little hidden away, you will find one of the probably most homely and charming pub gardens and with nigh on 160 years oldest pubs of the province’s capital Graz: the Eschenlaube. As a cultural inn, the accessible restaurant offers cosy student flair as well as familiar warmth and an extensive bar, beer specialties, cocktails and selected wines, a varied menu and regular live music, exhibitions and readings.
