Over 400 types of cheese from all over Europe at the Kasalm stand at the Kaiser-Josef-market in Graz
The Kasalm presents over 400 (!) types of cheese from all over Europe under the direction of qualified cheese sommelier Ernst Koschuch at stand no. 14 on Kaiser-Josef-Platz. The range includes regional delicacies from Styrian organic farmers as well as Vorarlberg Emmental or perennial alpine cheese. Of course, international cheese specialties are also represented - from Epoisses to Pecorino to Broccio. In addition to the wealth of cheeses, depending on the season, there are selected sausage and bacon specialties, oils, chutneys and fine Styrian wines!
